You'll find a comment from me mentioning you and Franny Mullen and Gerald Burton as Primary Sources that Gary McGath will be eager to hear from about the filkish history in Tulsa, and Oklahoma in general, for that matter.
Gary is writing a book on the History of Filk. He's got a crowdfunding project going for the cover art and professional copy-editing, but the book itself, once it is finished, will be distributed as a free-download ebook. He has a few chapters-in-progress posted on his website also.
Gary is findable on Live Journal as "madfilkentist", where he has links to the chapters-in-progress either in his own blog or the "filk" group [I'm not sure which, or maybe it is both]. His edress is "garym[at]mcgath.com" for direct contact.
